REBUILD HER is a transformative pathway for young women ages 16–24—especially those who are justice-impacted or re-entering their communities. The program provides OSHA-10 training, technical skill development, mentorship, and apprenticeship preparation, helping participants build confidence, stability, and real access to high-wage careers in construction and skilled trades.
